Hey there! My name is Douglas and I’m a freelance photographer based in West Seattle. I picked up photography a couple years ago as an extension of my art and have photographed events for newspaper outlets like The Stranger, street, fashion, runway, and modeling.

I’m looking to continue working with models, especially plus sized models. At the moment I’m photographing using a medium format film camera, so I’m looking to create work that is slower and intentional. One of the things I would love to do is use 1 roll of film to create a contact sheet to provide as a summary of every photoshoot.

At the moments the kinds of project that interest me are working with a canvas backdrop out in nature.
