Hello all - I've been away from shooting with models for a while, having moved from an urban area to the mountains. I've been shooting mostly wildlife and nature photography. But I'm considering model photography again. So I'm asking for thoughtful input - I'd appreciate it if you would have a look at one (or more, if you wish) of my images and tell me how you would have imagined or approached the work differently than I did. Not looking for nitpicky 'critique' or one-upsmanship (I'll just laugh at you and we wouldn't want that....) thoughtful and reflective insight would be appreciated. You should dig deeper into this as a series. Combine it with hair and makeup, or body painting, or masks, props, collage or paint-over on the photo itself. Don't bother to analyze it. Just do it.

I'm not discouraged about my work - periodically I try to re-envision what I am doing and this usually leads to improvements.... Sep 10 24 02:19 pm Link The work looks good, but I think you could do a little less looking at camera, and try to get more of "a moment in time" in your work.
