Hi.  I am writing because I am in the process of losing weight to get back to my original modeling size (size 12).  I am now about an 18.  I had an agent tell me before to walk from casting to casting so I do that as well as walk throughout the day.  I also take the stairs as much as I can.  I eat sugar free for the most part and I try to have three 500 calorie meals a day.  I have been drinking a bit of alcohol recently but I am going to sop drinking fruity drinks and switch to vodka and soda water.  What are some tips you can give me for staying the same size and maintaining your measurements?  Thanks for your time.

Hi. I am a new model. I want to lose weight. Currently 200+ pounds and I want to go back to at least 180. I like to be active by walking and playing basketball. But I tend to eat a lot, or eat late at night. I am hoping to find motivation here from people with similar goals. I think the best thing is to keep active and manage your diet and sleep.

It's important to consult a healthcare professional if you are concerned about your weight, especially if you have other health conditions or are experiencing weight-related symptoms.

Your goal should aim at being the ideal weight for the type of person you are, this depends on several factors, such as height, age, sex, genetics and underlying health conditions, among others.

You are still young, but every day a person eats, drinks, smokes too much can add to irreversible health conditions. Living a healthy life style is no guarantee, but it can help to improve your chances of living a longer better quality of life.
