MWR wrote: Yes please First impressions: you are still figuring out where to go from here
Your Skill level: beginner
Your creativity: good idea in the bottom pic messed up top where model expression is more important then the flowers. You shouldn't use shallow depth of field.
Specific style: none
Your Work focus: beauty
Your challenges: some outdoor light is not up to the snuff if you tried to create a mood on the top photo, it is a miss, no sky colors, the bottom photo is the same, When you have sun lit bright background and directly aiming to it you need to light your subject such a way it feels natural without losing background details.
tip: adjust exposure for background and add couple of f stops on your speed light and use a diffuser. (adjust for best dynamic range that gives you good contrast overall)
Your MM Profile usefulness: pretty vague in describing your goals
Paid assignments: no
Suggestions/ Bottom line/verdict: some model posing is meh and seem like deer in headlights, direct them better to bring some life to the hosed heeled glamors. see above mentioned issues.

sundaraphotography wrote: Would love your feedback on my portfolio when you have time. First impressions: You may want to diversify and reconsider to redo some portions of your port.
Your Skill level: good studio lighting, outdoor work need to be improved
Your creativity: new technology goes well with the vintage dress
Specific style: fashion and pinups
Your Work focus: artistic
Your challenges: post work might need improvement
Your MM Profile usefulness:
Paid assignments: yes
Your money shot: face expression should be more engaging.
What I like: nothing much, the pose on this one is too stiff.
On a pinup shoot you gotta let the girl express herself, pick a model that has a witty girly personality, capture giggles and joy next time.
What to delete: I would only keep

https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/40370209
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/40370203
and delete the rest, (either bad pose or flat light or low contrast)
Suggestions/ Bottom line/verdict: Some beach model posing is meh due to sun glare, in an case improve model direction. Watch model's posture head and neck, make sure it doesn't cause double chins on older subjects/models especially watch extra wrinkles and gum exposure in their face expressions.

Suggestions/ Bottom line/verdict: I like the spontaneity and the reality in your shots, but think before you click, don't use tight crops and leave out limbs and feet. You should strive and improve your lighting. Break out of snapshot syndrome. Some photos and poses are not flattering to model.

Suggestions/ Bottom line/verdict: Study on how to pose and configure your posture for best angles, find better photographers and get out of the bedrooms to shoot. Suggest nature implied and lingerie glamors shot with hair and make up professionally done. Be more selective on your outfits looks for your own port use.

Your Skill level: intermediate
Specific style: dark goth but you could pull any genre just fine
Your Work focus: mostly gore fetish art
Your challenges: In this --> see how a bad posture will mess up a potentially great photo, the way you positioned your hands and lifted what you are wearing, we can't see your full hair or neck and you consequently look short and chubby
Your MM Profile usefulness: Useful to the point
Paid assignments: yes
Your money shot: https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/40189025 +18 listed

You seem to get in well with the persona in your shoots, watch your angles and poses avoid pitfalls.
